When I’m working with buyers I am constantly scanning the market for new listings and price adjustments and finding new ways for my buyers to stretch their purchasing power so more product is available to them. I will go through each listing with them keeping close attention to building quality, neighbourhood development, strata/warranty documentation and local market characteristics.
I have previous work experience in house construction, interior finishing and landscaping and it’s all about your family’s quality of life in the home and your return on investment.
